Is this a physical book?
No. First Italian Words for Kids is a digital activity book supplied as printable PDF files. No physical book will be shipped.
What is included in the download?
The purchase includes the complete printable activity book in both A4 and US Letter formats. For each paper size, you receive a full black-and-white version and a version with a color cover and black-and-white interior pages. Access to the complete Audio Library is also included.
How many pages are included?
First Italian Words for Kids includes 56 printable activity pages with vocabulary, coloring, tracing, matching, counting and early language activities.
What age is the book suitable for?
The activities are designed for children ages 4–7. Younger children may need help from an adult, especially when reading instructions, cutting out flashcards or using the QR code.
Does my child need to speak Italian already?
No. The book is designed for beginners. Italian words are supported by clear pictures, English meanings, simple activities and audio pronunciation, so children can learn one word at a time.
What kinds of activities are included?
The book combines coloring, tracing, matching, counting, vocabulary review, numbers from one to ten, flashcards and other playful activities. The aim is to help children see, hear, say and remember their first Italian words without introducing complex grammar.
How will I receive the book?
After payment is confirmed, you can download the files from the confirmation page. Activity Book Shop will also send a separate email containing your secure download link to the email address used during checkout.
How long is the download link valid?
Your secure download link is valid for 30 days and allows up to 5 downloads for each available format. We recommend saving the files on your device after downloading them.
What should I do if the download email does not arrive?
Please wait a few minutes and check your spam or promotions folder. Make sure you are checking the same email address used during payment. The Stripe payment receipt and the Activity Book Shop download email are sent separately. If the download email is still missing, contact

What do I need to open the files?
You need a device that can download and open PDF files, a current web browser or PDF reader, and a compatible printer if you want to print the activities. Internet access is also required to download the files and use the Audio Library.
What paper size should I use?
The download includes both A4 and US Letter files. Choose the version that matches the paper size and settings used by your printer.
Do I need to print the entire book?
No. You can print the complete book or select only the pages and activities you want to use.
Can I print the book more than once?
Yes. You may print multiple copies for members of your household. If you are a teacher, you may also print copies for students in one classroom that you teach directly.
What paper and print settings do you recommend?
Standard printer paper works well with crayons and colored pencils. Heavier paper may be more suitable for markers or cut-out activities. Select the PDF that matches your paper size, check the print preview and print one test page before printing the complete book. Printing results may vary depending on your printer and settings.
How do I access the audio?
Scan the QR code inside the activity book with a phone or tablet. If access needs to be verified, enter the email address used for the purchase and follow the secure access link sent to you. Then choose a category, select a word and press play.
Is access to the Audio Library included in the price?
Yes. Access to the complete Audio Library is an integral part of your purchase. There is no additional subscription fee.
Does access to the Audio Library expire?
The Audio Library is provided without a predetermined expiry date. The web address, interface or access method may change over time, but legitimate purchasers will continue to have a reasonable way to access the purchased audio content.
How many times can we listen to the words?
You can play the audio as many times as you like. Children can listen, repeat the word aloud and return to the matching activity in the book.
Why is only one word available on the public Audio page?
The public Audio page includes a free pronunciation sample so you can hear how the audio works before purchasing. The complete Audio Library is reserved for customers who purchase First Italian Words for Kids.
Can teachers use the book in a classroom?
Yes. One teacher may use the book in one classroom that they teach directly and may print copies for the students in that classroom. A separate licence is required for use by additional teachers, classrooms, schools or organisations.
Can I share the PDF or Audio Library access with someone else?
No. The digital files, secure links, QR code access and Audio Library access tools are personal and may not be forwarded, published or shared outside your household or authorised single classroom.
Can I sell or redistribute the files or printed pages?
No. The purchase provides a limited licence for personal, household or authorised single-classroom use. The digital files and printed pages may not be sold, redistributed, republished, uploaded online or used to create products for resale.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Activity Book Shop does not directly collect or store your complete payment-card details.
Can I request a refund?
Because this is digital content supplied immediately after purchase, you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal before completing checkout. Once access to the digital content has begun, refunds are not available for a simple change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the content is not supplied, the files are defective or the product does not conform to its description.

Can I order a printed copy?
A printed and personalised edition of First Italian Words for Kids is available on request for schools, language teachers, educational organisations, businesses and special projects. It is not currently available for direct online purchase.
What can be personalised in the printed edition?
Depending on the project, the printed edition can include a personalised back cover with your organisation’s name, logo, contact details or a custom message. A4 and US Letter formats are available.
How do I request a quotation for printed copies?
Use the form on our Contact page and select “Printed and personalised edition”. Tell us your preferred format, estimated quantity, delivery country and personalisation requirements. We will review your request and send you a personalised quotation by email. Pricing, production time and delivery costs depend on the quantity, destination and level of personalisation required.
How can I get the free activity pack?
Enter your email address on the Free Printables page and confirm your subscription using the email we send you. After confirmation, you can download the current free activity pack in both A4 and US Letter formats.
Is the free activity pack the same as the complete book?
No. My First Italian Words — Free Mini Activity Pack is an 8-page introduction with a small selection of activities. The complete First Italian Words for Kids book includes 56 printable activity pages and access to the full Audio Library. Audio is not included with the free pack.
